  • DATA RETENTION

Your personal data are kept for a period in accordance with legal provisions or in proportion to the purposes for which they were recorded.

With regard to all the data concerning the constitution and management of prospect files referred to in Chapter II, 1., have a retention period of maximum 5 years from the collection of the data or the last contact from the prospect . If this prospect becomes a customer, this data could be retained for a period of 7 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Regarding the retention period of cookies, we refer you to the list in chapter IX which mentions the retention periods for each cookie used on our website.

As data controller, Privacy Praxis has implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the applicable laws to protect your personal data against the accidental or unlawful destruction, the accidental loss or unauthorized disclosure, alteration and access. We have implemented :

  • A continuous awareness of our staff on the requirements for data protection, confidentiality, availability and integrity of data;
  • Securing access to our premises and our IT platforms;
  • The implementation of a general IT security policy for the company;
  • Securing access, sharing and transfer of data;
  • The high level of data protection requirements when selecting our subcontractors and partners.

 

  1. YOUR RIGHTS CONCERNING YOUR DATA

 

You have the following rights concerning your data :

You have the right to know whether or not Privacy Praxis is processing your data  and when it is, to access it and obtain information relating to the processing.

  1. Right to rectification

You have the right to rectify your data if they are inaccurate or to complete them if they are incomplete.

  1. Right to erasure

You have the right to request the erasure of your data when there is no further reason for processing..

  1. Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we can only keep this data to the exclusion of any other form of processing.

You have the right to express your opposition to the processing of your personal data if for a reason of your own, you consider that any of the processing being pursued infringes your privacy and causes you excessive damage. You cannot in any case prevent us from processing your data if the processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of your contract.

Remember to specify the subject of your request (specifying the right you want to exercise) and, in case of request by letter, indicate the address to which we must respond. A response will then be sent to you within one month of receipt of the request.
